AnyCount Word Count and Line Count 7

AnyCount is automatic text count software. AnyCount is automatic line count, character count and word count software for all common file formats.



Supported text count formats:



* Word count in DOC file format .DOC (Microsoft Word for Windows, Microsoft Word for Macintosh, other word processors).

* Word count in RTF file format .RTF (Microsoft Word for Windows, Microsoft Word for Macintosh, other word processors).

* Word count in WPD file format .WPD (WordPerfect text format).

* Word count in XLS file for Supported volume units: words, characters, lines, pages, custom count units. Text Count Software, Word Count Software, and Line Count Software.



After text count is completed, you can:

view count results on the screen;

sort results in columns;

copy results to clipboard;

print count results;

export count results into .TXT format;

export count results into Comma-Separated Text / Tab-Separated Text (.CSV format) (which can be opened by Microsoft Excel and most other spreadsheet software);

export count results to .HTML format;

export count results to MS Word format;

export count results to MS Excel format;

export count results to .RTF format.





AnyCount is Text Count Program, Word Count Program, and Line Count Program. New in Version 6.0:

1. New file formats counting added:

OpenOffice text formats: . ODT, .SDW, . SXW;

OpenOffice spreadsheets formats: .ODS, .SDC, .SXC;

OpenOffice presentation formats: .ODP, .SDD, .SXI;

Microsoft online help formats: .CHM, .HLP.

2. New options for Microsoft Office file formats: optionally counting Hidden Text.

3. Improved word count for .TXT and .PDF files.

4. Re-counting of the previously counted files.

5. Total calculated for each column of the table of results.

6. Sorting in each column of the table of results.

7. Enhanced procedure of selecting files to be counted: you can now select several files at a time using Shift key.
