Utilizing the frame of InTrek Premium, Ultra takes asset management to a new level. Track the quantity, description, location and history of assets; as well as its supporting documentation (i.e. Word document, spreadsheets, images, etc.) in one central repository. With Ultra you can: Create Customasset templates to speed up the entry of common asset information. For example create a custom template for your desktops, laptops, printers, etc. Create Custom asset descriptions. For example, desktop computers, printers, servers, etc. Track an asset’s current location. Get a history of where an asset has previously been assigned. Search for asset information using a bar code scanner. Use a bar code scanner to input asset information into the system. View all assets associated with a particular location. View a real time static of the types of assets currently assigned to a particular location. This is great for getting a quick inventory of the current assets assigned to a location. View a real time running total of all assets assigned to a particular location. Check for duplicates before information is entered into the system.If a duplicate is detected InTrek gives you a powerful set of options for modifying and/or deleting the duplicate and/or original asset. Assign a contact to a location. This is extremely useful to tracking who is responsible for assets in multiple locations. Batch assign assets from one location to another location. Store, View and Edits notes associated with an asset. For example, service notes. Store, View and Delete documents associated with an asset. For example, scan and upload sales receipts, photos of the asset, service records, invoices, Emails, etc. Upload attachments using drag and drop. Apply version control to the asset documentation.
