If necessary it can intercept the images of documents printed.You can get a variety of reports generated and these can be scheduled to operate at times defined by you.
The database you use is entirely upto you. You can choose from SQLite, MS Access, MS SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL as data storage.It is able to detect exact job details and record number of pages printed, copies and so on so that the reporting is absolutely accurate. The reporting also provides you analysis of the data with graphs and charts.You are thus able to minimize the printer expenses.The expense monitoring centrally helps keep the printing expenses under control and enables you to make sure no unauthorized/ persona use is not made of the printers.
